HEALING PALMS YOGA
No matter your prior yoga experience or ability level, you are welcome at Healing Palms Yoga. I offer weekly restorative classes designed to support balance in the body, mind, and spirit. Each session integrates breathwork, meditation, and restorative postures that promote strength, relaxation, and openness throughout the body. Poses are held for several breaths, allowing you to settle peacefully into each asana and release built-up tension. Classes incorporate supportive props such as bolsters, straps, and blocks to ensure comfort and accessibility for all participants.
